I had a date with a guy he is kind okay, we had drinks talked at the end of the evening he didn’t kiss me….. not even tried! But why I think it’s so rude! Omg

I would call that "being a gentleman."

On the one hand, if he wants to ask you out again, then he did not want to come across as pushy.

On the other hand, if he decided he is not interested, he did not want to mislead you.
