Are you 'switched on' to romantic love and intimacy and sex ?

I used to be but as I've got older I've realised it's not a core part of my being or existence as a human and I'm now 'switched off' to it. I don't have the understanding to know if that sort of thing was hitting me in the face and I probably still would not respond except to get very scared and run away.
