There’s a rogue lizard in my room

I went for a walk months ago and when I got back home to my room, a small lizard hopped off my leg and scurried beneath a dresser. I couldn’t find it after that. I hear it from time to time, so I know it’s still alive. I assume it’s helping keep my room insect-and-spider-free.

Strange circumstances, but I’m okay with this. I just wish it’d show itself sometimes so I could see how it’s doing; if it grew a bit. Like, don’t be a stranger, housemate. 🥺
