@MartinTheFirst 🙂 good to know. I too enjoy saying a short prayer of thanks before a meal.

Are these times enough for you , are you happy as things are or would you like to pray more ie before bed or on staring your day?

@Kaetana If I feel like it isn't enough then I will pray more, but a prayer before dinner is always necessary
