Please pray for my friend Beth, who was rushed to the hospital with a severe UTI yesterday. [I Prayer Request]

Please pray for her daughter, Amy, who had knee replacement surgery last week.

Amy is now all alone, with only her church to care for her, and Beth is unable to do so.

Has Beth been given the UTI wipe disinfectant and antibiotic or intraveinus saline /glucose

@KA9ha Yes. Everything that is done in the emergency room, also IV drip with antibiotics. The danger is from sepsis.

@4meAndyou bladder bacteria taken for lab.,,,samples taken..Get the Doc to prescribe Cephalexin (Keflex) or Ceftriaxone....I do that to my patients in the OT

@KA9ha Her doctors know better than I. She is in a very bad way. She was complaining of sciatica two weeks ago. It probably started then.

@4meAndyou had an uncle that had a long term kidney infection, he didn’t want to go to a doctor until it got so bad he couldn’t refuse, they had him hospitalized for a long time and he had to take medication the rest of his life. He damn near lost his kidneys.

@cherokeepatti I hope no such thing happens to Beth. She is one of the kindest and best people I know. She takes care of everyone else in her life. I don't know what Amy will do without her Mom in good health to help her.

@4meAndyou I hope not either. I think my uncle let months go by before he got any help. He didn’t like goin to a doctor.
