Please pray for John and Amy. Amy definitely has the virus, and my son, John, has cold symptoms and will find out his test results tomorrow [I Need Prayers]

Any prayers, good vibes, positive energy, from anyone at all no matter what your beliefs, would be SO much appreciated.

My son, John, has asthma. Please pray for him HARD so that this virus doesn't kill him?

You are all REALLY good people. Thank you so much.

Yes I will pray for them. If they have steroid sprays for asthma already, it might help them avoid cytokine reactions to covid, as well as keeping their breathing passages clear. Some docs are giving asthma meds to covid patients.

@purplepen Thank you so much for telling me that. It really helps. 💛

@4meAndyou Ventolin and symbicort are 2 asthma meds that are helpful in some cases. There are some other stronger ones also used for covid 19, depending on severity of symptoms. Also don't be scared about ventilators because hospitals are using supplemental oxygen a lot more. And in some cases anxiety medicine to help with the anxiety of having covid.

@purplepen I hope and pray my son's doctor knows all of this stuff.

@4meAndyou Oh, he should. Tell your son to ask his doc for asthma medicine or whatever is allowed as effective medicine if he's got shortness of breath.

@purplepen He has an inhaler already...with refills. I was able to speak to him yesterday, and I told him what you said about doctors using inhalers in the hospitals even for non-asthmatic patients.

Please God, I hope it's enough.

@4meAndyou We will keep praying, and if the medicine is not enough there are stronger ones available by prescription. If that's not enough, the docs use supplemental oxygen (ventilators are rarely used for covid any more). If he's still able to talk he will probably be fine.

@purplepen I really hope so. I have another friend who mentioned antibody cocktail treatments. I plan to text him today and mention that treatment.
