@4meAndyou They can drain that in just a few seconds with a big syringe and a cardiac needle, and his heart will go right back to sinus rhythm.

@TexChik THANK you for telling me that. I haven't heard from Joel yet, last word was he was talking to the doctor. I HOPE they do that.

He was supposed to be resting after the ablation, and instead he went to McDonald's and crawled through tunnels with Tiny Tornado to try to make his son feel a little better about the cookie fiasco...and now THIS. He would kill himself just to mend his child's little hurt feelings.

@4meAndyou Likely they did that first thing in the ER if he had fluid on his heart. CHF can cause that to happen, too. I bet he is going to be on some meds that make him pee a lot for a little while to get rid of the fluid .

Daddy over did it. I bet he is going to be fine.

@TexChik Musicman says the same thing...says he has a feeling that Jeremy is going to have a VERY long life. And with all his family who love him SO much, and with all of us praying for him, I think it is likely that Jeremy will darned well live FOREVER!!! ☺

@TexChik I was just saying that to Joel. Unless they can find the bleeder and cauterize it this will keep happening. They might have to open him up and stop his heart to find the bleeder.

@4meAndyou And while they are there they will check out the ablation site and make repairs if necessary.

@TexChik I think the actual DAMAGE might have happened when they did the CPR at his house.

@4meAndyou That'll break some ribs and if there was a lot a fluid around the heart, that could have bruise or torn the pericardium
