If you are a person that prays, please pray that my brother-in-law will survive the stroke he had yesterday.

I have just now found out from my sister that her husband had a stroke yesterday afternoon and is in critical condition. If you would say a prayer for him, I would truly appreciate it. Thank you.

Dear Lord, I pray for my brother's well being, both physically and spiritually. Please watch over your child, protect him from harm, and grant him good health. Strengthen his faith in you, and may he find comfort in your presence. Dear God, I ask that you bless Allen abundantly, guide his steps, help him get on the road of recovery.

Dear Eternal God, I not only ask that you have mercy upon Allen, but all who have suffered a stroke, as well. Remove any sudden fear from all. Bless them with courage, in the struggle to recover whatever has been lost. I pray that you restore Allen's speech and coordination. Grant him and all, with strength and hope to envision new days ahead and a spirit of faith to take the risk of living fully, once again. In Jesus' Holy name I pray. Amen.

I am very grateful to God that Allen accepted Jesus as his personal Savior, many years ago. I know that whatever happens, he is safe in the arms of Jesus and I will see him again.
