Why is religion and spirituality lumped together? Religion and spirituality should have their own categories.

@SDavis The two beliefs coincide with each other because you can't have one without the other. Man's religions are divided and seperated and have names of the individuals that originated them, such as Lutheren . Or they have been named as a particular brand of religion, ie.. Catholic, Protestant, Seven Day Adventist, ect.

Spiritual belief comes as a means of understanding that a higher being exist which guides mankind and the univerese. In fact religion rules that entire universe. Religion is what created the entire universe. Mankind has take religion out of context and distored it and made it a tool for his own selfish purpose. Religion was to serve as a means to understanding the universe, life, God, and man's purpose for existing.

The two serve mankind with a single purpose and that is to help mankind grow, progress, and develope into spiritual beings combinded with flesh (matter) and spirit in order to help in the development of the ideal world.

Is why I said you must serve God in *spirit* and in truth -meaning spiritually.

@NerdyPotato The location of categories is a problem here. For example, if you want to discuss constellations (other than zodiac) and planets in astronomy, it’s tied to astrology category/religion section.

I also brought up evolution to an administrator. He put it there intentionally to make conflicting conversations.

@NerdyPotato The law of evolution waas created by the Creator. To help matter to change and transform in order to survive in the conditions it had to live in. All living things are subject to the law of evolution. That is why the same variety of species of life are different in different areas of the world.

@raysid498950247 if you're religious, you can put all science, nature and human interaction under religion. But the categorization goes beyond religion.

@robingoodfellow Spirituality is not akin to personality or behavior. It is something we all are endowed with. Each human being has a spirit, it is just some are allowing themselves to be more spiritual than others. Those people who do not use their spiritual content to be a part of their lives are just more materially guided than spirtiually motivated
