Dear Christians if Adam and Eve is real then why aren't we all inbred?

Story doesn't make sense. And why do you still believe this in the 21st century including talking animals and a woman being created from Adam's rib.

Inbreeding brings genetic diseases and reduces birth rates and increases risks of deformities.

If this is true, then why aren't all 8 billion people on Earth is deformed and messed up?

@SW-User The Bible never states that Adam and Eve only had two sons.. The Bible only names 3 sons of Adam and Eve.. The third one named was Seth The Bible says that after Seth Adam had more children..
