Going to the church

Today i am off to church but not to pray. I have my own small gardening and grounds maintenece company so i volunteer to help look after the church yard and grounds. I find it sad that people dont take care of there family graves. I understand some have a reason but when its fresh they come every week then time gets longer and longer between visits.

One of the reasons that my family stopped having graves and decided on cremation was that we were so scattered that no one was available to tend to the ones we had on a regular basis. I only know of one family grave: a grandmother is buried up close to a railway bank, which I could identify from a distance, but the last time I looked closely it had disappeared under the grass. My parents decided that there would be no permanent memorial for them, because they would be in our hearts. I perfectly understand why others would want to make a different decision.

You find it sad that people dont take care of THEIR family graves. The words "their" and "there" are unrelated and not interchangeable. Please use them correctly.

@MissBarbara The spelling error in this case does not negate or obscure the meaning of a sentence.

@FreddieUK It makes no sense whatsoever. It's not just a spelling error, it is completely the wrong word.

@MissBarbara You would make a good lawyer, but must be very frustrated on sites like this.

There is no reason why you cannot spare a few minutes to pray.
