This is the Pitcher and Piano in Nottingham. Lovely inside, good food and drink too. You can toast the saints at cocktail hour 🙂🍷🍺

i live in one.. built in 1918. bought it at a tax auction for 500 bucks. roof leaks. plumbing is bad. the electric was knob and tube. and the heaters were oil heaters which they dont sell fuel for anymore. so i got a hobby. grin and no rent. mark

@markansas Find out if it's a historical home. Some times cities give you less on rent of you do some restoring

@bhatjc i dont live in a city .. its just 3 square blocks of town sitting in the middle of a corn field. population is 130 . not much at all. and its paid off free and clear. taxes are less than 300 a year. so far . solar and wind i am putting in is less than 6k and interest free loan from a friend and paying that back at 200 month.. well there is my dump for the day.. check is in and should go pay bills and get shopping done before it gets hot.. chat at me anytime. mark
