Fungirl, I agree that you can know God and not go to church, but there is a scripture that says to not forget the assembling of ourselves together, and it is nice to have a body of believers around , there is comfort in that as well as security, to help us to not be led astray.And I also believe that you are not a bad person just because you do not know God, His word says that we cannot be saved unless the Spirit draws us, so perhaps it is jut not yet time.Thanks for your input.

Although I go to church I don't think you have to go to church to know God. You can see him in the things you experience every day in life. It is about the relationship you have outside the church anyway for me. And I don't even think it makes you a bad person if you don't believe in God. It is a differing of opinions and we will all find out The truth when we die.
