With Texas having Bible taught in public schools, how long do you think before they try to get creationism or intelligent design in there too?

Creationists desperately what creationism taught alongside evolution as if it is an equally evidenced alternative.
This is absurd. Obviously....but i don't know that, that will prevent them from doing it unless something changes.

Its Texas.. It couldnt happen in a developed society..😷
@whowasthatmaskedman

lol well that may be...but that leaves a lot of vulnerable states then😅

@whowasthatmaskedman I've a friend who lives in San Antonio. She's lived her whole life there and loves her state but is also fond of observing that "not everyone realises the one star on the state flag is actually a review" ...

@Persephonee I confess I have never set foot in Texas. So my closest stereotype is Sheldon Coopers mother.. Although my wife once spent 90 minutes being "Ma'amed" half to death by a towered young Texan, who was fascinated how an Australian spoke with a Scottish accent. The height difference between them was almost 2 feet..😷

Constitutional amendment broadening no laws regarding religion down to the state and city level.

@Pikachu Under the first amendment only congress can make no laws regarding religion. It needs to be broadened down to the state and city level.
@DeWayfarer

Ah i see. Well i'm sure Ken Ham is rubbing his hands together from Kentucky lol

@Pikachu Believe it or not it would be easier than to remove that clause in the constitution.
