Why are christians so afraid of Pagans?

A website listing Pagan Events (https://www.pagan-events.org.uk) recently suffered a mail bomb attack from christian groups. What do hateful christians hope to achieve with things like that?

Whoever bombed them was not the Christians that they claim to be.

@specman The old "not that type of christian" excuse.
specman · 51-55, MVIP
@suzie1960 yours is a typical reaction

@specman To a typical christian excuse.

@suzie1960 no excuse, I’m proud to be a Christian. If you stay the path that’s between you and Christ
suzie1960 · 61-69, F
@specman You claimed that
Whoever bombed them was not the Christians that they claim to be.
Their claim to be christian is no less valid than yours. You're just using the standard excuse of "they're not real christians", trotted out whenever one group of christians say or do something another group disagrees with or feel it casts christians in a bad light.

@specman The point is, they all claim those christians they disagree with are "not real christians". They can't even agree on a definition of "real christian" so their claims to be "real christians" are all equally valid.

@suzie1960 who are you to explain my personal relationship with Christ?🧐
rob19 · M
@specman Where is @suzie1960 attempting to explain your "relationship" with your imaginary friend? From what I can see, she's just pointing out that your claim to be a christian is no more valid than anyone else's. I expect those who tried to disrupt that Pagan site also have a "relationiship" with that same imaginary friend. Perhaps it was he/she/it who told them to do what they did.

@rob19 Thanks. You're right. I don't care what fantasies these christians have, I just don't like them trying to force their delusions onto me or trying to exploit children and vulnerable people.

It was a very Christian action. They're supposed to try to suppress other beliefs and promote their own cult.
specman · 51-55, MVIP
@Lynda70 wrong
rob19 · M
@specman No, @Lynda70 is absolutely right. Christians aim for world domination, they call it "spreading the word". People are wise to their tricks so they're not having much success. :)
specman · 51-55, MVIP
@rob19 wrong again
rob19 · M
@specman We know you are. Why don't you try learning something about the cult you're trying to defend?
specman · 51-55, MVIP
@rob19 you obviously don’t want to hear about the good news! So you’re now on your own! Move along please!
rob19 · M
@specman You invaded my post so you can move along.

The only good news about christianity is that it's dying out in the UK. In the 2001 census, 72% of the population identified as christian. By 2021 that had fallen to just 46% so christians are now a minority. Only a tiny fraction of that 46% can be said to be practising and churches are rapidly going out of business. The sooner we're free of that cult, the better.

@rob19 CHRIST IS KING, CHRIST IS KING, CHRIST IS KING. Now I will move along you brood of vipers

@rob19 Christians often invade Pagan posts, spreading their BS. They get really upset when non-christians post on their threads though.
