Jesus is Black?

I’m curious what Christians and Jews thoughts are on what Putin just revealed. Do you think it’s bullshit or do you have a black Jesus hanging up in your head now? Or is he still YT?

I used to believe Jesus was black. Wanted to believe it but a little research can definitely disprove such theories.

Just research the various Jewish communities around the world. The only ones that resemble blacks are the Beta jews of Ethiopia.

Did you know the land Israel has always maintained a Jewish population? If you follow the history, it is easy to prove. There have always been Jews there and of course Jews are not black so Jesus could not have been black.

There were also Jews in Spain. This is mentioned in the book of Obadiah and Paul mentions the Jewish communities in Spain. They have an extensive history there. Many were forced to convert to Christianity or leave Spain in 1492 under the Alhambra decree, same year Christopher Columbus discovered America.

Then there are the Jews that were in Babylon (Iraq). Yes they have a long history there and very Rich. You can find old Jewish artifacts and ruins of synagogues there today. Many of those jews in Iraq begin to migrate after the creation of the state of Israel in 1948.

There are also Iranian Jews who have lived there (in Iran) since the days of King Cyrus. Also this is mentioned in the Bible.

So, it's impossible for Jesus to have been a black man when he obviously was a Jew. I wish he was Black. Either way, he really wasn't a man at all. He was the son of God who took the form of a man.

Some say it's a lie Putin didn't say it.

But when you read the accounts of the Roman senator, and historian, lawyer Tacitus who lived in the first century AD _ compared the Jewish Christians to Ethiopians, though he compared them also to other nations - they all had to be dark skin woolly haired people simply because Ethiopia has is and always has been made up of dark skin woolly haired people and was in the comparison.

There is a portrait of a dark skin woolly haired Christ along with his disciples who are dark skin and woolly-haired in the Coptic Museum of Cairo Egypt painted supposedly in the second or third century AD.

And there is the Black Madonna though they have come up with reasonings to why the skin is dark and her hair is covered. She is still shown as a dark brown female with a dark brown child. To the Catholic Church she represents the Virgin Mary and the baby Jesus. A portrait which Constantine search for when he ruled Rome.

There are a few places in the Bible that indicates the Jews were dark skin people the one that stands out the most is Jesus was described as having feet like burnt brass in the King James version the newer versions has changed that to fine brass. Big, big difference in fine brass and burnt brass, burnt brass is almost black. And funny how they say his hair was white like wool, white as snow. Seems to me wool is the texture and colors and snow is the color.

But no matter how many discussions are done to the majority of the world Jesus being a black man is impossible.

And I have to add::: evolution / science _ according to evolution East Africa is where all humanoid life began - even the ancestor of the neanderthal. Recent reports say that the mutation that caused the change in skin color from dark to none pigmentated and eye color only happened as near as 10,000 years ago, compared to the 30,000 years ago as the accepted theory. According to science Adam and Eve were Back people.

Straight hair - anyone ever do a study on the Aborigines they have African looking people and I say African instead of negroid that's a white man's word - who are unmixed and have straight hair, blonde hair that has always occurred even the British used to kidnap their children just for scientific experiments up until the recent years 1960/70/80.

All the info is out there for any who care to research it.

@SDavis the interesting fact about “Jesus” is he is created after a Caucasian person.

When we start doing research into the Hebrew and their roots we see that if there was a nation of people that called themselves Israelites that have their roots in the ancient Phoenician and Sumerian culture we will see that these are highly melanated people. So were the Egyptians . And as a matter of fact just about the whole world at one time.

But Jesus… yeah that character is YT for sure.

He was an ancient jew, so he probably looked like other ancient jews. In the Dura Europos synagouge, you have depictions of ancient jews by ancient jews, it has depictions of jews, most look brown skinned with black hair.
I do think it's highly possible that jesus had subsaharan african in him, as Jews were recorded to have mixed with black africans. Moses had an ethiopian wife (who was from Kush; the word ethiopian as it was translated is just from a greek word used to describe black folk). King Solomon had a black wife (in the song of solomon she literally says "I am black" she described solomon as "white and ruddy").
I do think the first gentile (or one of the first) to convert to christianity was black; the ehtiopian eunuch in the book of acts who Peter baptised.

As far as Jesus being Yt? Well he definitely wasn't white in the sense of white meaning European, tho he could have had light skin. In Lamentations, it describes the nazarites saying "Her Nazarites were purer than snow, they were whiter than milk, they were more ruddy in body than rubies, their polishing was of sapphire:" Tho honestly, jesus wasn't ethnically from nazareth; his mom was from Galilee.

In short, probably not, but possibly. He probably looked like a safardic jew.

@calicuz Christ was not the most pure blooded Jew to have ever walked the Earth... he was literally called the son of David, who's progenitor was Ruth, a gentile woman from moab.

@BRUUH

Ah, so the scriptures are wrong, and Christ wasn't the Messiah who had to come from "the house of David" (blood line), who had to come from "the house of Adam" (blood line)?
BRUUH ·
@calicuz Yeah, he did come from the house of david... but David's mother was a moabite...

Not African black and not how catholics portray European white either. Well, I once had a dream of Him… His skin color was not white pink like white people, but sort of very deep gold or Gold-bronze or something like that
Heathen.

As far as “Jesus” I definitely there is a lot of fallacy in my opinion about the whole story. Could there have been a man or figure that was very learned from the culture of the so called “Israelites” nomad people that became a nation. Who was deep in mystery schools and learned about chi and energy manipulation … yeah I think so. Could he have been Dark skinned like an Egyptian yeah a high probability.

But lots of the stories are definitely allegories.representing deeper things within us.
He was Middle Eastern and resembled your average Israeli Jew or Palestinian Arab.
Heavenlywarrior · 36-40, M
@LeopoldBloom there may have been more darker than we are led to believe the mixing of nations were not as they were today
