@Soossie faith in what? if you are uncomfortable can skip my follow up
@robertsnj

Don’t worry, I’m quite comfortable answering …

Faith in whole divine …. I believe in an Order, which/who continues creating itself/him/herself and that everything, including us is part of it …

@Soossie You have faith that you are not what science says?
@sree251

What does that mean??
sree251 · 41-45, M
@Soossie It means that there is a truth about your existence, a mystery that we have not fathomed.
@sree251

Science is good, helping human towards fact/truth finding … nevertheless, we all know that science is young and at the beginning of its way to the truth and we all know that it has made many mistakes so far …
sree251 · 41-45, M
@Soossie Oh, science don't make mistakes, scientists do when they project falsehoods.

Science provide knowledge to make life better for us in some ways. It also makes life worse in many ways.

At any rate, knowledge can never bring enlightenment.
@sree251

Thank you … but science is explained to us by the scientists who do make mistakes … that’s why there are anti-thesis … even anti-thesis are not 100% correct … like there are so many theories in physics and not all are 100% correct theories ..

Of course Knowledge does not bring enlighten but wisdom can …. And wisdom is processed knowledge by humans mind/heart/soul …

@Soossie
like there are so many theories in physics and not all are 100% correct theories ..
Theories are explanations of phenomena. For example, science tells us that the moon in the sky is attracted by gravity to the Earth. How come it doesn't fall down to the ground? Scientists will tell you that it is falling like a satellite, revolving round and round in an orbit, that will eventually come down. I don't believe that the moon will ever fall to the ground. Do you?
@sree251

We won’t be there if one day it does …
sree251 · 41-45, M
@Soossie You have faith in scientists, Soosie. I don't. The moon will always be up there to light up the night for us. How thoughtful. A beautiful night lamp. Atheists who believe in science are robbed off the magical of life in paradise.
@sree251

I have faith in God, not science … I have faith in life from which science stays behind …
robertsnj · 56-60, M
@Soossie sorry you got pulled in this. I didn't think anyone was going to come in right behind me and start a debate. that wasn't my intention. bummer you don't have faith in science.
@robertsnj

That’s all fine … I respect science and I’m grateful for it … after all science is what helps us to get closer to the truth one day ..
robertsnj · 56-60, M
@Soossie not replying to the science statement i dont want you to get caught in another forum battle !🤪 thank for answering my questions--- have a nice weekend
sree251 · 41-45, M
@Soossie Science can't even tell for certain whether or not our consciousness came out of the brain.
@robertsnj

Thank you … you too .. 🙏🙏
