Tithing: should I/do I have to?

I'm biblical christian & try to stick to commandments of the bible from YHWH. Tell me what y'all think. do you think I have to tithe? do you think that I'm free to do so on my own merit?

That's kind of up to the head of your church to decide. I used to tithe 10% until my income dropped down so low that the Bishop excused me from tithing.

@4meAndyou And that is why I tithe, many menbers of our church can't afford to!

It is also crucially important for a Bible based Church to treat all members the same- giving or otherwise.

@4meAndyou Also, don't think Non Christians don't notice your charity and that they also know your church, that is more valuable than any tithe!
