@MuslimBarbie There was no Big Bang as such. Planets exist because individual stars go super nova and the material ejected into space from them eventually clumps together into balls of material that orbit the star. The original star itself was formed by cosmic hydrogen atoms that clumped together into a ball that went nuclear. Over time the star produced new elements and then, at some indeterminate point, it exploded but doesn't disappear. The process takes billions of years.

Up to about a century ago people thought that the universe was just the visible stars that they could see at night. And thousands of years ago people thought that the stars were tiny bits of light. They had no idea how large they really are or how distant they are. Today we know that the observable universe is large, containing over 200 billion trillion stars. Can you even imagine a number that large? Then throw in the number of planets.

But the thing is, we still don't know how large the universe really is or what it is. Imagine the number of atoms in the observable universe of today. Now image if there are that many universes in space.

In any case, the idea that a deity ancient superstitious people cooked up created just the observable universe but that he only cares about certain people on this tiny speck of dirt is silly beyond belief.

I am sure that you are more intelligent than people were thousands of years ago. So, abandon their nutty fairy tales.
