What does Islam encourage ?☪️

From the verses above we conclude that Islam encourages the following :
1/ mutual consultation.
2/ forgiving those who anger you.
3/ donating within the capacity of what you were blessed with.
4/ Islam is a practical religion. You have a right of demanding justice when you are wronged however , you are encouraged to forgive and if you do you will have a greater reward from God for your patience but you are not forced to pardon.

Islam encourages compliance. Just like every other religion. Its what man does with that compliance which is the problem. Just like every other relgion.😷
@whowasthatmaskedman
I find it hard to not be insulted when you start your statements with “I don’t want to insult you “ but end it with a very disrespectful emoji such as “ 😷”
However I’ll continue believe that you have good intentions at heart.

In Islam , God lectured Mohammed
For frowning at a blind man who interrupted his speech.
although the blind man couldn’t see Mohammed’s frown and even Mohammed himself knew the blind man couldn’t see hence he freely expressed his feelings yet God still lectured him
because that is the beauty of my religion when it comes to manners

'Abasa - Verse 1-3

{
He frowned and turned ˹his attention˺ away,
˹simply˺ because the blind man came to him ˹interrupting˺.
You never know ˹O Prophet˺, perhaps he may be purified……..
}

, in the Quran
Abraham didn’t trick his son
He told him directly of his plans
And the son agreed to do it
However that was a test of belief
God did not actually allow Abraham to kill an innocent soul.

He was a prophet with a heavy mission and direct communication with God.
He was a special case
God never asked any common Muslim to slaughter their child as a test of belief

@Islamreligion My mask emoji is part reference to my username and part reference to the Pandemic. Not a reference to you or your faith in any way.
I will not debate the words of your Holy book with you, because I cant see them as the words of a god, but the words of men, like all other Holy books.😷
@whowasthatmaskedman
Feel free to believe that ,
You are not the first or the last with such claim.

Have a good day

Critical thinking? Free thought? 🤔
@BitterSweetPotato

Those who cannot articulate their points respectfully, get their comments deleted in my posts.
Disagreeing and foul language are two different things.
In the future, please do stick to civilized speech wether towards me or someone else or more of your comments will be deleted.
Try again please and be aware that If disrespect continues , I might have to result to blocking you which would be extremely unfortunate.

Thank you
BitterSweetPotato · 31-35, F
@Islamreligion Or maybe it just makes you more comfortable to delete it and pretend that it is not there? Afterall, how could you justify the killing of poets who dared to just simply criticise with words, after you had claimed Islam is the religion of free thought, or how could you justify wars on people who chose to just simply leave Islam, after you had claimed that there is no compulsion in Islam.. how could you deny that majority of the Quran promotes wars, killing and slavery, and that what you have quoted doesn't represent even 1% of the Quran.. easier to just delete amd move on.
@BitterSweetPotato I do not understand why it is so hard for you to articulate yourself in a civilized manner as I am doing while perfectly explaining my points to you?
I am sorry but I will have to block you
I do not tolerate hatred and uncivilized speech it’s an iron rule that I made clear many times.
The world would be a better place if you all practiced what you preached
@nevergiveup indeed that I agree with

Killing gays

@Islamreligion I’m not gay. I’m not religious.
@Islamreligion but you can't oppose Islam, apostasy is liable for capital punishment. So much for "critical thinking being encouraged."
AthrillatheHunt · 51-55, M
@EarthlingWise a billion critical thinkers would have invented many things to benefit mankind over the past millennium , if they were in fact thinking critically.
