None of the Abrahamic ones do, and those are the only ones I'm somewhat familiar with, can't really speak for anything else.
Though I have heard of indigenous belief systems from Hawaii, Canada, and a few other countries I can't remember, that either celebrate or accept nonbinary and nonheterosexual people as natural to some degree. Of course much of that has been lost due to colonization.
