I started a 12 week Pilates plan to help me tone up a bit

So far the workouts haven’t been like making me burn. They’re only short though. Maybe it will increase over time ? Idk. I just hope I start seeing results.

Idk whether I should trust the process or abandon it completely. My workouts are normally more difficult
