Not Pilates but yoga. While I keep my weight in check and walk 3-5 miles a day to try and keep in some sort of shape, I find my flexibility and balance have been suffering as I age. I don't know how much it will help but have started with gentle Yoga for seniors. Yeah, I qualify as a senior citizen. It has only been a few weeks but I am seeing a marked increase in flexibility. Time will tell if my balance improves. As I became aware of its failing I have been consciously working to challenge myself. They say if you don't use us you lose it. I think there is something to that.
