I try to do that daily even if it’s only a few minutes. In the summer I go to the woods and meditate often for hours.

Don't you have a nice big park or green space nearby?...I find walking churns up epiphanies like crazy lol

@SW-User yes I do . problem is , i cant just go when I'm at work and stressed etc you know? But I do need to go there more often. I tell myself that 50 degrees is too cold to walk the track, but it's really not. I need to get a cute workout longsleeve jacket and go for it
