There is nothing better imo than calm, of sleeping, of being in a reclined position and being at ease. Of having those around if any there be to be content, to not be complicating things with a selfish insistence, to see your comfort as being inextricably entwined with the comfort of those others.
Which means solitude is simple, it's easier, in theory at least, in solitude you can end up on a bad footing, and you then seemingly need someone else to re-position your mind aright.
It is orchestrating all known and present in mind facts and sensibilities into a cohesive and beautiful musical composition, and it is also not taking yourself too seriously.
Know and re-learn always what you love and value, confirm daily, let the reasons blossom endlessly.
