Why did my brain wake me up???? 😩😭😭 I need to go back to sleep.

Same. My mom died 5 years ago today and I wish I could just sleep through the pain and feeling of loss. Sometimes it seems like it happened yesterday, sometimes it seems like forever. Like a punch in my gut that can easily take my breath away.
