I Know Hypnosis Works

no I do not.
Just the definition of it. Conscious. Subconscious. Unconscious.
Am interested in it though.
Especially self hypnosis to calm nerves or whatever.

If anyone had tips I would be very grateful and it could help others too.

hey revnant, how are ya? i do self hypnosis all the time. i listen to a lot of youtube vids. if you go to youtube and put self hypnosis...and any topic you want, you will probably get a ton of options. if it is for anxiety, that will be easy to find.
i don't know if you can listen to a self=hyp thing for being a millionaire, then start cashing the check, but i do think there is a benefit to it.

@newagetim I have watched some yes. Tried some tips and not concerned about millionaire stuff but am wondering what other people do and have tried.

Never worked for me. But I had a friend that it worked on. Trust is a big key in getting it to work. At least when having someone else do it.
