@Gingerbreadspice Sometimes it's seriously not that easy, and so called "natural" remedies like melatonin are both expensive and ineffective. I've been on high dose benzodiazepines for over 10 years, with no tolerance effect, and the same therapeutic benefit without any problems. Just let it go, if it works for some people, let them be happy and have a good night's sleep without seeking to have every therapeutic drug ever invented Schedule 1'd because it *could* be abused, or is *artificial*
