Imagine that you are a video camera.
You are not the one in control of the camera.
You are not directing the camera.
You are not the one looking through the camera.
You are not judging anything.
You need not understand anything.
You do not need to change or control anything.
Every detail is observed clearly.
But you are not the observer.
You are only the camera.
Practice this in every situation day and night. Relax. Just be the camera. Nothing more.
