I ended up going to a session of cacao and sound bath.
It was quite an experience. She said i should journal my experience and question what it was that felt and saw. So im going to try that hear since SW is basically my journal.
I had a short vision, it was beatiful, fearful, dark, then light and hopeful. It was all darkness, with silhouettes of darker beings forming and dissappearing in a form of energy flow.
I saw a silhouete form of a tall dark female, very beautiful with beautiful wings, after she dissappeared, these demons with wings almost the style of angels but had negative energy associated with them came into my view from the bottom left corner to the top right, as if they were flying away from inside of me.. once about 3-4 of them left i saw a bright yellow glow, although very weak, shine from that bottom left corner.
The vision ended.
