I like to meditate

I like the guided one's you find on youtube the most. It's relaxing just to escape life for a few minutes. Meditation is good because the brain cannot tell the difference between the images in your mind and reality or so I've heard. Therefore when we put ourselves on a lovely sunny beach in our mind the brain thinks we are there and relaxes. Which is actually totally cool!.
I have been trying this it makes me dizzy 😵‍💫 it got better though since im doing very simple ones. Has it made you dizzy the first time you tried it?
