I have no dreams since i started meditation, is this normal?

It's theorized dreams are the brain's way of making sense of our everyday.
Maybe meditation clears fragments of memory deemed unimportant, away; like deleting cookies or the temp file on a device. Leaving little material to create dream-state story lines.

As well, perhaps in finding peace and balance in your waking hours, your brain's unburdened from seeking it overnight.

I've never done meditation but would like to and I'd be really curious about the answer.

Just spitballing here but I wonder if, since it's often said dreaming is where our brains try to solve our issues, it could be that the meditation is easing that need. No idea if it's normal or not. Sorry, this wasn't much of an answer.

Mabye, when I think of things before sleep I often dream about them, perhaps you clear your mind and you do the same, nothing was there so there was nothing to dream about.
Might just be a side effect of the meds you are on.
@salwa your post said no dreams since you started meds.
@Sojournersoul she said mediTation not mediCation 😂

Shit that made me laugh 🤣
@OogieBoogie I know. I thought i read it wrong after the response. Wft. Lol

Maybe you forget your dreams after you wake up.

@SW-User ok still i have a problem if that is true, why i am forgetting dreams since i started meditation

@salwa I dream more when I’m stressed. Maybe the meditation is reducing your stress that’s why you’re dreaming less than before.
