Self meditation

So I'm trying a new thing.
I take 15 minutes ( not my idea I stole it from a great tv show) and listen to music that fits my mood. Happy,sad, angry ....
For that 15 minutes I let myself go with the music, I cry laugh or yell depending on the music. Once the 15 minutes is up. I go back to reality. I try to do this 3 times a week

Does that help you with mood management? Any noticeable changes? It is very hard for me to express my emotions and realized that containing them for too long is stressful. Your way of meditation seems more suitable for me as it helps to express what i feel rather than seal it in silence. Thanks for sharing.

@ZhangBB I think it's helping. I tend to bottle up most of my emotions unless it has to deal with my kids. This kind of makes me deal with what I'm feeling and focus on it while listening to the music. If you try it let me know
