Classical Tantric Meditation and Path 001
I am just doing a meditation where I feel the energy in my root chakra. Then I focus my awareness on the next chakra up and let the energy zap up to it. I let it sit for a while and focus on the next chakra up again. I go until the 9th chakra.
I feel the energy. It has a turbulance or sensation like it's a thick liquid swirling. It also feels like a sphere of tingles around each chakra. It also feels warm, like there is a warm glow around each chakra.
Sonetimes when this ball of energy jumps from chakra to chakra, it moves too fast to notice, but I feel an after effect where my central channel tingles. Sometimes it sluggishly slides up the channel. I did a meditation some time ago where I could feel my channel, "as thin as a lotus fiber." So, the tingling happens in a super thin channel.
That's all I got for now. I want to try a simpler breath meditation where I feel the energy cone down when I breath in and up when I breath out. I still dont feel a, "profound silence," at the end of each in or out breath. I take it that the Vijnana-Bairava-Tantra takes this as a foundational think I need to be able to feel before I can move on with some more advanced things like the 5 sensation meditation.
