We can jump into other dimensions when we meditate

@DeluxedEdition right… I can go deep for about 2-3 hours. What eventually happens is I end up in a Lucid dream.

@Heavenlywarrior HAHAHA YES that's happened to me plenty of times. You can't meditate laying down. Do it seated 🤣 i was listening to binaural beats also. That helps

that’s what my goal is to freely leave my body when I want … I was only able to do it a couple times about 10 years ago. Have you projected?
