I slow everything down.. I (nicely) let everyone around me know I’m on low battery and to not expect much unless it’s urgent. Sometimes I take a shower or just go lay down with some music. I eat something that requires little effort. On days like that I;’m glad that I’ve gotten into the habit if making my bed in the morning so I can crawl into my comfy bed in a relaxing way.
