What meditation do you like doing just music or guided talking meditation I like to use both

The only meditation I do is Christian prayer. I don't use prayer books. I wait upon the LORD. HE directs my thoughts and understanding.

Back when I did, I'd do sometimes with music, bust most of the times in silence.
