What do you do in order to relax?

I have a long list of things to try. I like listening to books, just picturing all the scenes described to me. I like to be lazy watch tv, sometimes though i just need to get out and hang with friends. A hot tub is always a relaxing option.

Go home from work and turn off all electronic devices for an hour and just sit there and relax and decompress from the day,

Watch YouTube videos and puff on my vape.

Go to bed and watch tv.
