My heart is racing super fast right now. I’ve been sober for over 7 months now but I’m seriously considering buying a drink just to stop this. 😰🥶

@lovelywarpedlemon yeah I get those sometimes. I just stayed in bed all day yesterday because I was getting bad agoraphobia, I think that may have something to do with it. I’ve been getting kinda scrawny lately due to lack of exercise. I haven’t ate much over the past months.
@HermannFegelein awww understandable, watch out because malnutrition can cause heart problems or even organ failure, sounds dramatic but if you're like anorexic without even trying you might wanna consider those EnSure drinks or something similar that can give you something without a full meal.
