My heart is racing super fast right now. I’ve been sober for over 7 months now but I’m seriously considering buying a drink just to stop this. 😰🥶

Can’t you get something better? Meditation helps. Breathing exercises. I’m a stoner, so naturally I’ll suggest weed. Idk where you’re from but you can also try Kratom. It has an opioid effect with less risk of addiction. You can get it at gas stations or online where I’m from )New Jersey)@HermannFegelein

@MorbidCynic oh wow I had no idea gas stations sold kratom. I’ve been looking into Kratom lately but I haven’t actually tried it yet. I hear it’s a great alternative. I guess I should try that first before I go for the bottle. Thx
