I Wasted My Time On Someone

And it hurts really bad. Loving to gone in no time. How do you say you care and love and leave ?

It has happened a couple of times to me...their reasoning was that they needed more than I was willing to give...(they always came back to explain and try to regain what we had, but the trust was gone, so I would not try again.)
