It was a republican that helped create the the strong, one income middle class in America by taxing the rich.
It was also a republican named Ronald "the demented" Reagan that started the destruction of the American middle class by union busting, stealing money from Social Security and Medicare to boost the extremely bloated military budget, and his fantasy of "trickle down economics".
I never understood why anyone would be dumb enough to believe that if they gave more money via tax cuts, tax breaks and loopholes to greedy millionaires and billionaires that they would willingly share it with their employees through better wages, better working conditions and better benefits. It's not in their blood, their morals or their ethics!!!
