Sometimes I wish I didn’t meet certain people

I wish I could go back in time and just never meet the people who had bad intentions for me , maybe I wouldn’t be so traumatized, Maybe I wouldn’t have trust issues etc , the thing is you never know someone true intentions you kind of just see their intentions over time , without pain and hurt we wouldn’t get stronger so I get it .

I think we all have thinks in our past that we would change. So the feeling is natural.
What I would say is give any new people in your life a fair chance. Try not to let your past experiences view how you are with new people.

There a few things i would like to change but in doing so a lot of the good things would never have happened. Best put the bad stuff behind you and move on
