I Want a Girlfriend

I've had 3 unsuccessful long distance relationships. It's hard work but I always tried. Two of them just disappeared and don't talk to me anymore even after everything I did. I don't think I can do long distance anymore. But then I'm too shy to say anything to the girls I do like. My friends suddenly blurted it out and now my mind just overthinks everything. Idk what to do anymore.

I do that with her already. Thanks to the people I trusted to keep a secret she knows I like her now. Sometimes she talks to me like i'm the best thing every other times she just kind of ignores me sort of. Idk how to read her which scares me because I'm usually pretty good at reading people. Even her mom knows now and her mom loves me. I just don't want to lose another friend over something stupid.
