I Want to Be Loved

I know the feeling. Sorry to join your parade, but there is just something about me that comes across to others as socially repulsive. The funny thing is, when other people express this, it's easy enough to express "kind" hope and generic words of wisdom to how to overcome the challenge. Upon self-examination, I don't know (at all) what it is I am doing wrong. So, I keep trying, but beginning to suspect I am fighting against my own fate.
