How do you want to be loved?

I want to be loved wholly, fully, with no remorse and no regrets. I want a love that makes me love myself. I want a selfless love. I want love that's gentle, that's peaceful. I want to be loved so hard that I can barely breathe. I want a love that leaves no space for doubts or fears or insecurities. Love that destroys all of my dark thoughts, that destroys all of my trauma around love.

I want a love to fill this emptiness, love that makes life worth living. I want love that makes the history books. Hozier love. I want a love larger than lust, a truthful love...

I want someone to love me more than I love them. I know that's selfish, but after everything, it's the love I deserve. I want a love that destroys my lover, and rebirths them whole and healthy and full, just like a phoenix. I want a love that makes me forget I was ever unloved, makes me forget I ever hated myself. Love that makes me forget everything and focus on feeling. I want love that's warm, fuzzy, comforting, surrounding, filling, tiring and energising. I want everything there is to give.
