Some people have this concept this idea that we constantly have to be doing for God to be Christian/loved
Or that you have to be doing something that “measures up”
And It’s not like that at all. He loves you because he made you. He made you because he adores you he thought you up. He knitted you together
Did you ever think about your children before you had them? Would they were going to be like? What their lives were going to be like?
He made you on purpose he could’ve made somebody else. They were made on purpose for a purpose
I heard this on a podcast yesterday where a nurse was talking about her near death experience
When I heard this specific message I knew that I was supposed to hear that. A lot of times I feel like a mistake. I feel like no one loves me or cares about me and only do so for their own selfish intentions
The nurse even spoke about when she came back to life when she was back in the emergency room she said that God came back to her I was talking to her. She said “oh you’re back you startled me” and she said God told her “I never left. I’m always with you”
One day when I was praying and asking God to be with me and be with other people. I’m more or less and talking about comforting. One day during one of these prayers where I was asking god to be with me and other people I heard my consciousness say “I am always with you”
Sometimes I think we try to personify God because it’s more relatable to us due to our limited experiences and perspective. I really needed to hear that because yes, God is always with you. God isn’t in the other room because you can’t see him nor is he upstairs in the attic watching us like a bird.
God is omnipresent. It’s our lack of understanding and wanting to relate to a being that operates beyond our comprehension.
I really needed to hear that message yesterday and I’m glad I saw that video. I’m going to post a link and I wanted to share with anyone who may have needed to hear this message as well
