I really need some good advice. My spiritual advisor advised me not to get a divorce

My children are all grown up. Should I really still be sacrificing my happiness for my children?

Not sure of your religion, but Biblically, infidelity - yes, even online - is one of the only reasons mentioned for divorce. If your spiritual asvisor uses the Bible for reference and isn't giving talking to you about that, maybe you need to find another. But let's face it, in the end, the decision is yours and yours alone. It depends on your circumstances, beliefs, needs, finances, responsibilities, and desires. I wish you much luck in your journey.
