My children are all grown up. Should I really still be sacrificing my happiness for my children?

You need to take a decision considering various factors into account.

First the reason.. the most pressing problem?

Your age and whether you plan to look for someone else or live alone?

Since children are grown up it solves a major problem. You can discuss with them too.

And your husband.. maybe he may let you be free and open and live a separate life without having to divorce.. like you just be like siblings.
