We’re still getting along and all, but I wish she’d spend more time with me 🙁

She always just wants to do our own thing in the evenings. She’ll sit with me while we’re both eating dinner, but that’s it. I miss when she’d sit down and watch a show or movie with me or even just chat with me about something other than her telling me about her workday every day. Do something with me, at least. 😞

It sounds as though things are pretty lonely for you, as though you're feeling disconnected and really want to tr reconnect. And yet she resists.
I would probably feel very frustrated in that situation.

Maybe she just likes famililiarity, comfort and security; perhaps her need for romance and connection is low.

At some point, you might be faced with the choice of separating in order to find someone who is a better communicator and can love you equally in return.
